Nikunj Shah
Nikunj Shah founded Select Global Solutions after spending over 25 years building and running manufacturing and services businesses across four continents. That operator background — hiring, restructuring and scaling leadership teams first-hand — shapes how the firm approaches every search.
Under his leadership, Select Global Solutions has become a specialist in senior executive and C-suite search across Africa, India and the Middle East, placing leaders in markets where local knowledge, cultural judgement and execution capability matter as much as a strong CV.
Nikunj is also an active angel investor, with more than 25 investments over the past 15 years. He advises early-stage ventures on scaling, governance and access to global networks.
He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
Seema Shah
Seema Shah advises leading organisations across Africa and emerging markets on senior leadership talent. Her practice spans financial services, infrastructure, consumer and family-owned businesses, where she is known for identifying executives who bring depth, range and cultural fluency to complex mandates.
Her career has taken her from Deutsche Bank and EY in London to KPMG in Angola, where she partnered with local leadership to grow the practice in a fast-emerging market. She subsequently spent twelve years in India across WPP-affiliated businesses and private equity advisory before relocating to the Middle East. This trajectory across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments shapes how she approaches mandates today — particularly in Africa, where context and nuance matter as much as credentials.
Seema champions senior women returning to the workforce after a career break and leads an all-female team. She is an active angel investor and advisor to growth-stage companies in India, Kenya and the UK.
She holds a BSc from the University of Manchester.
